This is a depiction of the iconic Chapel of the Transfiguration in Grand Teton National Park.  It is one of the most storied locations in the entire park, and many people have been married there. This painting evolved from a small commission for a young couple who took their vows at the chapel.  The simple log cabin chapel turned 100 years old in 2025.
